GENERAL INFORMATION

Our Compact Medical Hose line has the capacity to produce 1200 meters of products per hour.

Our line, which is completely domestic production, is produced at the highest quality. 

The whole line is controlled from a single PLC panel,

Working Principles: Raw material (PP – PE) is loaded with 20 kg of raw material per hour. It automatically pulls it.

Automatic temperature settings are made from the PLC screen up to 180 degrees – 250 degrees according to the type of raw material (PP – PE).

Machine operating settings are made up to approximately 1 hour. Warming takes place.

The machine is controlled by a worker.  

And the work begins.

Automatic cutting measures are set.

It is adjusted according to the thick size of the product you will produce. Automatic Nonstop 24 production takes place at the speed you want,

Meanwhile, air pressure and cold water pressures are adjusted. It varies according to the raw material (Min: Cools under 10 – 15 degrees. Air pressure 6 – 8 bar.
